About the Melancholy

The Melancholy of Mohey Pori is my personal-wiki portion of my personal website, just to store various things that float around in my mind. It mostly contains serious and non-serious ideas and beliefs and other random things I want to point out or talk about.. or have some sort of opinion or acknowledgment of the subject.

"The Melancholy of" name was formed when I originally started a blog to put all my ideas down. This was rather inspired by "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya".. or rather being slowly addicted to the ending theme of the show. That alone grew onto me enough to take the namesake (eventually saw the anime which is slowly being a favorite). I don't like to self-diagnose shit because it's usually overexaggerated and untrusting, but I can say sometimes i do have some small amount of thoughtful sadness, but nothing serious.

Pretty much, there isn't anything much in the name except a small reference to an anime... and probably I might be a less bitchy version of Haruhi Suzumiya... maybe... eh fuck

I was inspired to change from a blog format to a wiki format thanks to reading a few reasoning aspects from "Everything Shii Knows" and how i wanted to arrange information based from my head. Currently, I'm using Wiki on a Stick, which doesn't require a lot to install - I'm importing pages from the actual file onto the website server. I don't have anything fancy like Mediawiki because it's rather too complex for a person like me, but it's nothing to worry about. So far I hadn't run into any problems.
